Internal Cleansing by Linda Berry

January 13, 2011

I’ve long been considering a cleansing program as a way to rid my body of toxins, but I really don’t know where to start. There are so many different opinions and products out there that it’s practically impossible to decide — especially since I’ve never done something like this before and have absolutely zero experience with cleansing. I want to make sure I only use safe products that will actually work instead of wasting my money on scams.

I need a starting point, which is why I’m considering buying this book called Internal Cleansing by Linda Berry. It has received some good reviews and is available in Kindle format (which is important for me), and just by glancing at the table of contents, it seems that Berry covers the topics I’m most interested in. I’ll give this book a try and then see if I can find a colon cleanse product that works in a way that’s most beneficial to me.

I know a couple of people who have done the detox/cleansing thing, but have gotten mixed reports from them. I don’t want to try what they tried; I want to do something completely different.

  1. Hi Julie,

I am considering purchasing this book. Did you end up buying it? If so, is it worth getting? Is there a meal plan at all? Is it easy to follow? Any advice you could give would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

  2. Hi Janice,

Unfortunately, I did not end up purchasing this book. It wasn’t because I looked at it and thought it wasn’t worth buying; rather I just decided to go in another direction and not do a cleanse just yet.
