A friend of mine recently told me that she’s interested in starting up a home-based business. She has never done anything like that before, so she doesn’t really know how to get started or even what kind of business she wants to run. I suggested the For Dummies book, because it’s probably a lot more straightforward and to-the-point than some of the other titles out there. She can just read through it, then decide if she wants to take medical coding training courses to get into that field or start a craft business, pet-sitting service, or whatever. I’m kind of interested to see how this whole venture turns out. I hope it’s successful!
