100 qanda Ok, I’ll admit it: I’m worried about aging. I’m in my mid-thirties now and I’ve been noticing fine lines around my mouth and eyes for the past few years. I try not to let it bother me, telling myself that everybody goes through this and I’ve got nothing to be embarrassed about. But let’s face it: wrinkles aren’t something that any woman looks forward to!

I think this book called 100 Questions & Answers About Aging Skin by Robert Norman looks pretty good. It talks about the science behind aging skin, and then gives some tips about how to combat the visual effects of aging. Norman talks about the healthiest foods for your skin, the best wrinkle cream to use, and the best overall skin regimen to follow in order to keep wrinkles at bay.

Sigh. Maybe it’s already too late for me. Should I have been following this type of advice as soon as I turned 30?
