ultimate secrets A lot of people don’t know this, but I have trouble with self-confidence. I do just fine online and over the telephone, but put me in a face-to-face meeting and it’s a whole different story. I start to worry about saying the wrong things, wearing the wrong clothes, looking the wrong way… it’s kind of a nightmare.

So I’m planning on reading a few self-help books to boost my confidence. One of the more popular titles around is the revised edition of The Ultimate Secrets of Total Self-Confidence by Robert Anthony. The author covers such topics as awareness, positive motivation, self-acceptance, love, and guilt-free living, among many others. This book has gotten lots of positive reviews, so I might give it a try.

It’s not like I need to be able to go out and speak to a crowd of 500 people without so much as a single butterfly. But it would be nice not to worry about taking diet supplements all the time because of phantom weight gain or forcing myself to buy designer clothes in an effort to “fit in”. I just want to be comfortable in my own skin, ya know? Maybe this book will help!
