The Biggest Loser Fitness Program

June 9, 2009

biggest-loser-fitness I really need to find a fitness and weight loss program that works for me. I’ve spent the last 18 months going to the gym 3 times a week very religiously, and lost a good 10 pounds that way. But in the past 6 weeks, I’ve been super busy with a new part-time job in addition to the part-time job I already had, and as a result, had to scale back my gym time to once a week. Add to that the fact that I end up eating fast food a couple times a week for lunch or dinner, and voila — I’m right back to the weight I was before I started hitting the gym.

Seriously, I can’t believe that 18 months of hard work could be wiped out so damn quickly. Now I’m depressed about the whole thing, wondering if I should just give up on ever having a toned body like when I was in college.

I’m willing to try a couple of things before I give up forever, though. First, I’m reading up on some of the best diet pills out there in the hopes that a supplement will be just the boost I need to help the pounds melt faster. And second, I’m going to buy this book called The Biggest Loser Fitness Program. It’s based on the hit reality TV show and is full of the same advice and workouts that have helped the show’s contestants lose weight quickly.

Will these things work for me? I have no idea, but I owe it to myself to give them a try. Worst case scenario, I’m out a bit of money. But the upside, of course, is a fantastic body, so I’m willing to roll the dice!
